Which one do you have?

You need: 1/2 inch spaced two-hole cord

You need: 3/4 inch two-pin cord. A collector says these haven't been made for about ten years, so expect used or old stock.

You need: 1-1/16 inch roaster cord

You need: Nesco's guides say the supply cord is replaced by the maker, its service agent or a qualified person; call Nesco service.

Cheap option, check one thing first

Heat-rated two-pin roaster cord

125V heat-rated cord, rated above the nameplate watts divided by 120. A 1425W roaster needs 12A, so a 10A cord is too small.

Older Nescos take a plain pin-spaced heater cord, but common 10A cords can't carry a big roaster.

Check first: Not for the 4818 series. Measure your pin spacing and read the nameplate watts. Spacing runs from 1/2 in to 1-1/16 in.

The usual mistake

Assuming a Nesco takes the common 1/2 inch cord: some older Nescos have 3/4 inch prongs, and an 11/16 inch cord is easy to mistake for one.
