IEEE 802.3af PoE, Class 0, into the RJ45 port. Active injector, not passive.
The Trio 8300 takes standard 802.3af PoE, so any such switch port or injector powers it.

You have an 8300, not an 8800 or C60. Different kit number: the three Trio models are not listed under one part

The usual mistake
Ordering the 8800 kit by default: the 8300 is an 802.3af Class 0 phone with its own kit, and Poly says the 8500/8300 do not support PoE+.
