IEEE 802.3at Type 2 PoE+, Class 4, into LAN IN. Active injector, not passive.
The Trio 8800 runs from any 802.3at PoE+ switch port or injector, so the Poly kit is optional.

The usual mistake
Plugging it into an ordinary 802.3af port: the 8800 wants PoE+ for full function, and its LAN OUT port won't power a Trio Visual+.
